Overview
2016 was the first year Interact was held at the new venue of the British Museum.
The conference showcased talks from the world’s leading authorities in the fields of user experience, information architecture, user research, customer experience and digital design.
The importance of digital design was underpinned with alternative perspectives from thought leaders and practitioners from neurology, psychology, and cognitive neuroscience.
Speakers included Louis Rosenfeld – Founder of Rosenfeld Media, Usman Sheikh – Global Head of Design & Experimentation at Barclaycard Future Payments and User Experience Designer and Product Strategist, Sarah Doody.
