Mel is a as Product & Experience Director and has been responsible for transforming customer experience and digital products and services leading European and UK brands in retail, commerce, publishing and travel (Photobox, Telegraph Travel, Mr&MrsSmith).

She is currently working with Conde Nast International (publishers of Vogue, GQ, Vanity Fair and Wired amongst other publications) to help guide a global product transformation.
