Currently, she is Head of UX at Booking.com in Amsterdam where she started over a year ago as part of a new Design Leadership team. She is devoted to raising the quality, visibility, and influence of design and experience teams.
Through insight, education, collaboration, and cultural and organisational change, she grows teams and creates products in ways that build leadership, customer delight, and revenue. Anderson’s background is in traditional and multimedia publishing; she’s acted as a designer, writer, editor, managing editor, producer, executive producer. She was Executive Producer at R/GA in New York.
In the corporate software world, she’s acted as Director, Senior Director, and VP at Microsoft, Intuit, Autodesk, and Sears, managing copy and content strategy, user research, and design.
